yeah...rant time!
suup dawg. yeah...i know...nfg...eh...but i was curious so i thought i'd download the new single..(!!) gasp! arrest me if u want but u have no evidence! tee hee...i dunno, it ain't not half way medeocre...consitering it IS nfg...i mean, i used to b a huge nfg fan...but...i dunno, they're a lil too poppy for me rite now...haha, says the guy who listins to starting line...SHUT UP!! guilty pleasure...ok...back to smashing pumpkins tee hee...alrite enough with the freaking tee hee's...this is starting to freak me out...
sigh...soccer practice..i suck soo bad. haha, w/e...but i'm a lil poed cause my soccer game is rite in the middle of my sat. and thats like...the only time that my one friend can do something that weeekend and now i can't do nething with her/other friends with her :-(.
So basically, this day finished like it started...uneventful...for the most part...just got a wee bit more confused...nuthin new...still in exile with my friends @ my school...and...complicated teenage soap opera crap on the other end of the spectrum. ahhh don't get me started on spectrums...endless spectrums! color spectrums...emotion spectrums...ahhhhhh!! don't get me started on emotion spectrums! stop!! ahh i hate the human emotional spectrum...too complicated...yet too simple at the same time...ne one thing can tip the scale any which way...and sometimes...it doesn't take nething at all...such is the case with me...aka: MOOD SWINGS ahhh i hate em.
but this isn't the point of this entry...what is? i duno...but i know i have a rant to go on...so here we go:
whats with this Passion of the Christ stuff...i mean, ok...anyone can make movies about stuff they believe in...hell, if their going to let eddie griffith insult the black culture and george lucas can sent racist stereotypes/prejuduces through characters than i suppose u can definatly make a movie about a guy who influence so many people so dramatically...but...alrite...look, i have nothing against the MOVIE...but...just like, everything else. lol.
So basically what we have is...people believing that God is working through Mel Gibson to create a movie about the "Messiah"...ok...thats bull...i'm sorry..but for god's sake (literally)...do you really think that a divine and all-powerful being would go through much trouble to make a movie about his son?? why not send another burning bush down...or maybe like...a burning red wood and while he's at it talk about saving the environment! To quote a stand up comic i was watchin the other day:
"Have you ever actually READ the Bible? I mean thats a hard read...usually it takes like...a couple chapters for the plot to unfold in most books rite? In the Bible...sh*t starts goin downhill from page 3. lol, i just think thats funny...i don't necessarily believe what he's saying...but...yeah...look, lemme just clarify something...AGAIN...i'm NOT anti-christian...i like the christian religion...in theory...but i detest and HATE what the modern media has turned this perfectly good religion into. aka: YOUTH GROUP. forgive me for saying this neone who will take offense to it..but i hate youth group with a PASSION (pun INTENDED). My ex-girlfriend got me to go with her a couple times...despite the fact that i was only going to be with her...seeing as how i was totally whipped. *blush*...neways...their literally brain washing ppl nowadays...they're using scare-tatics, rock music, television and basically everything that the modern teenager's senses appeal to to get them to believe that their being saved. maybe they are...maybe they aren't...but i'm not too certain about how Jesus would feel if he knew what people we're doing in his name...oh right...he does. :-/. I just don't get this...it makes no sense in my mind...look, show me a good, honest, PURE vision of christianity and i will get some consolation in the fact that there might be some good morals and principles out there...
ok, i'm going to go atheist for the moment (gasp!) and say...why the heck should we be so lucky as to have a powerful god watching over us? i mean...why do WE deserve it?? we're the ones trying to blow each other up over land!! Look, if there was an all-powerful god watching over us...we'd know from his laughter...OHH!! and thats another thing!!
Who said God was a guy?! Ok...this is a very obvious frailty in the Bible...the obvious lack of feministic presence in the important roles. God is a guy...or so we think...Jesus is a guy...every single important role is taken by a guy...and women are only used as the "poor and weak" who are oppressed...by various kings and rulers...probably the most important role a woman had in the Bible is Mary who got the privilage of giving birth the Messiah. Also...ok...i find this whole creation thing soo hard to believe...theres just too much evidence to support evolution...yeah, just thought id say that. Also..there are two creation stories in the Bible...which kinda confuses me (Genesis 1 and 2) Ok...yeah...leaving athiestic thought...
entering phylisophical thought...who created god then? he didn't just...appear did he? cause if so...what is stopping the big bang from just...happening? also...who said god was a WOMAN for that matter? alrite...this might sound a lil sick...but...if god was the ONLY one...well,...whats the point, if u know what i mean ;-). lol. its not like your going to get some..."action" when your the only one...heyyy...wait a minute...Jesus is his/her/its son rite? ok...so...like, stop me if i'm wrong here...haha u CANT STOP ME!!! neways...like, ok...so god used mary to give birth to his son...does this mean that God knocked up mary?!?! for goodness sake! he isn't like Zues is he?? cause...like, whoa...if mary gave birth to GODS son...than....technically....mary WAS cheating on Joseph...hahahaha. alrite...i just thought i would have a lil fun with that. But getting back to the seriousness of it all...alrite...why did Jesus have to be human? if this was supposed to happen...woudln't it have been more convenient to just have two gods to....ahem...CREATE jesus? seems a lot easier than to...make a girl commit adultery in a sense...but whats with this virgin mary? um...did they not like...love each other enough or not?? excuse me...but...i find that sooo hard to believe its not even funny...have u ever seen the movie "dogma"? if u have than u know what i'm talkin about...of course we all know mary and joseph were only staying together for the sake of josephs political career...i dunno...i'm just throwin ideas out there. lol. neways, i think that lil aspect of the story was thrown in there to make it just that much more fantastic and a miricle...a married couple not doing its DUTY to the species to...procreate..HA...lol, wow..ok...its 11:30...i really should be going now...
ok...on a final note...i'm NOT anti-christian...neone who thinks that is messed...i'm only questioning the aspects of the story that i find rather unbelievable...if u REALLY feel the need to yell @ me for my sacraligious accusations...my AIM sn is Futbolfreak135...gimmie a buzz...or leave a nasty comment for this post...u know what to do...and be sure to pray for my soul...ok, haha, that WAS making a fun of it a lil bit. lol. sorry....
