I just came home from an INTENSE workout. It was awesome but I have a feeling I will pay for it tomorrow, which is supposed to be my running day.

10 deadlifts (95 lbs)
10 thrusters (45 lbs)
10 hollow rocks (25 lbs)

As many rounds as possible in 20 mins.
I completed 6 rounds of the deadlifts and 5 of the other. :D

Feeling good, but I know I will be stiff!

I finally ran 5km on Monday, which was my goal. Woohoo!

Mark is competing in the "cross base challenge" this thursday,
10km run, followed by 20km bike, followed by 5km run. I'm going to go and watch.
