surreal
despite the stressidge all week, and even during school today, after school today was awesome..............for some reason it's hard to put my finger on, i'll just say it's God. I dunno, my parents picked me up from school to go to don pablos cause its my grandma's birthday, and so i sat int he car and listened to older pillar stuff, it jogged me back to like.......when i was younger and music was always.....amazing for some reason.. the weather rocked. so we get to don pablo's and we had to most awesome waiter on earth. then we go to the mall to get coffee. i get of the car with my mom and go "man, i dunno, maybe it's the weather, but i've been put in a really good mood, depite junk at school. it just kinda happened suddenly." so we go in and get starbucks, and the dude at the coutner sees my shirt and goes "drum line or marching band? or neither?" so we got into a band conversation. well and the coffe thing i got was really good. so i get back in the car and i'm just having one of those slick days, where everything just looks..........really good. see, for like the past...i dunno longer than i can remember, i've been disappointed with everything i've seen. instead of seeing a nice day it was a too much light, headache or something. instead of seeing the good stuff outside and stuff, no matter how hard i tried, i just noticed the trash and the power lines and the roadside junk stands, but for some reason everything became glinted back the way it should be. it was pretty sweet. so i got home and decided to write a spoken word song. it's pretty cool, and i almost got it all done just sittin down when i came home, it's called surreal. i dunno i post the lyrics sometime. then i had to go to choralier practice cause im in the band. i walked down the hallway at school, and despite running around adn being busy, i kinda thought to myself how much i loved doing things like this. the practice went good, i got a couple sweet solos, lotta improv, and some stuff thats not even in the music. im leavin after school tomorrow and we're headin outside columbus till satuday night. well, i could be more descriptive about today, i could get weird and talk about how i got brought back, but i won't. i know most people will call this on the weather or something, but even before i posted this, i saw a couple similiar posts about the afternoon today. i think something has dropped, started, i dunno, but it seems pretty cool to me.
