Complaining about writing...

I'm completely and utterly blocked on all three of the Due South 'fics I'm really supposed to be writing at the moment. It's seriously like beating my head against a brick wall. This is not at all fun.

On other writing fronts, the less said about A Hyperbola of Reality, the better.

Maybe you should, you know, not try writing three fics for the same fandom at the same time? I mean, it'd be different if they were three fics for different fandoms, obviously.

Sorry, I seem to be all out of rusty spoons this morning. Can I squeal, jump up and down, and tell you I loved reading that snippet instead? Even if I kept imagining Alexander to look like a certain character from Smallville.

Ah, but see... all three of them are prompt-fics. I started one, got blocked, so moved onto the second and got blocked again-- and the thrid one is still just the prompt and ancilary information, sitting there giving me accusing looks. But yes, I am certifiable for claiming 3 prompts in the first place...

Um... I've seen about one and a quarter episodes of Smallville in total. If I squint and think I can probably remember what Clark, Lana and Lex look like.

I freely confess I haven't seen that much of Smallville myself, but there was this really great fic in which Lex talks about his namesake Alexander the Great, and it sort of stuck with me. Punk wrote it - you may or may not be familiar with her Due South-fanfic with the kangaroo in it.

*actually has little to no notion of how big the Due South-fandom is and how well-known Punk's fanfiction*
