I am working on my short story right now and I feel marvelous. I haven't worked on it in awhile and it had been troubling me.
Now things are happening. Characters are happening. I hardly feel like I have anything to do with it; A character appeared where I didn't even realize I needed one, and now he's awesome.
I have now written more in one night than I had previously alltogether. I am on a freakin' roll and I have to halt it for sleep. But still, progress!
I like it. I like my new character (His name is Tek). In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being much more important to the story than I first supposed.
Oh, he has a girlfriend! She works at the Seattle Children's Theater and wears skirts a lot.
