Dear American Apparel,
Thank you for giving all the skinny boys in Seattle with reverse mullets a place to work.
love,
Sarah
Today was sort of lame, but then I had these really amazing nachos, so that's cool.
I missed the bus this morning and had to walk all the way to the 520 bridge to catch the 545...and missed it anyway. I got off work to go to the Rocky Votolato show, but Erin has too much work and couldn't go, and frankly? I didn't feel like scrambling for someone else to go with or going by myself. I have plenty of work to do myself.
On the way home from work, I ran into my uncle at the transit center. He was just coming from visiting my grandfather and talked me into taking the 550 downtown with him instead of the 271, which takes me straight home. We chatted on the bus and ended up walking around Pike Place for a little. After he left, I got a humbow and ran into Emery Carl, who has a beard and two new albums coming out in February.
I mean the albums are coming out in February, the beard is already here.
Taking the bus to U Village? Inordinately complicated and time-consuming. I shan't do it again, I think.
I need to write a review of Rocky's new CD...so why am I listening to The Unlovables?
AN EXCELLENT QUESTION. Let's ask Noam Chomsky, fuckin' know-it-all ought to have an answer.
