A new year
Well. An interesting two weeks or so at home, and I'm not ready to go back, so I'll be spending the evening up at Jason's and driving back to class tomorrow morning.
All in all, break has been productive. I've worked, gotten along with my parents, seen Jason nearly every day, and realized my grades last semester were pretty damned amazing. Life's slow and uncomplicated here, and I feel like I fit. All in all, I'm not ready to go back to DePauw. But all good things must come to an end, and I only have a year and a half left. And then I will be able to start my life elsewhere.
There's not much to catch you guys up on. But Amanda Hartman, you need to call me when you're back in Illinois. I have a story for you.
Oh, and I totally got decked in the face by a drunk guy at work. Happy New Year to me.
