I woke up this morning, stretched as I normally do, but went a bit far and got a crink in my neck - ow! I was already irritated from a fight I had last night. So I got myself babs my hot water bottle, eased out a "bottom" dvd from the shelf and collapsed on the couch for an hour. Then i decided, if Im going to be crippled for the rest of the day I may as well update my journal and catch up with some friends, i.e. Monte for a start. Im sending off some cards if I can locate all the adresses.
