My muscles hurt. O_O More specifically the muscles on my neck (wtf?!), on my arms and my legs. It's the sweet kind of ache that comes after doing sports. I totally didn't expect it, though, because I didn't do anything special yesterday - I guess this just proves in what a bad physical shape I currently am. (When I went skating at the beginning of September, nmy muscles didn't hurt at all.)
I kinda like it, though. And I still would go right back to the ice right now if I could. (Well, technically, I CAN, but I guess my budget wouldn't approve of me spending 300r on skating every day, sigh.) It's a bit like snowboarding. Snowboarding makes my entire body ache, even muscles that I didn't know were there, and yet I wake up the next day and go back to the slope - and once you're on the slope, you forget the pain completely, you only feel it when you're at home. You can't think of the pain when you're out there, going down the slope, because you have to use your whole body all the time and focus on the movement. Plus there's the adrenaline coming from the speed and also in my case a tiny bit of fear of falling down too hard and breaking a few bones. I want to go snowboarding once I get back home!
Also last night one of my elbows was hurting a little bit when I bent my arm - that was the result of one of my falls, I think. It's not hurting anymore, though.
