all it took was one look
another beautiful day, after a weekend of rain and drizzle and overcast cloudy skies. i don't understand why it has to be nice outside on the days when i have class and can't go outside and enjoy the gorgeous weather, but the weekend when i have almost nothing pressing to do, it's rainy and cold. nature's mysteries.
anyways.
school is winding to a close, it's really weird actually, to realize that my freshman year is almost over. next year when i come back there'll be a whole new set of freshman that i'll be welcoming to saint a's, especially since i'm an orientation leader. should be fun. it just doesn't feel real that at this time last year, i was just deciding to come here, and now i can't imagine going anywhere else. things are really looking up, and it's a good day. i have a managable amount of work to complete this week, i'm going HOME on friday and bringing dan with me, things are going well.
the only sucky thing is that i have only 2 more weeks here until i leave for 3 months. that's crazy....i don't know how i'm going to make it without seeing my friends for three whole months, especially dan. but i'll do it somehow, i got through 18 years without them (haha). the thing it, now i know what i'm missing....
