sooooo i met with dr. magnuson, the chair of the english department today, and as soon as i turn in my form to the registrar, it'll be officially official - i'll be an english major.  i'm meeting with dr. cronin either tomorrow or after break to plan out my schedule for the next three years, because between english requirements, honors requirements, and completing teacher certification, my schedule has little to no room for movement.  i really hope this all works out, because i'm sick of people thinking that i do no work and get good grades and just sit on my butt in my dorm room all the time.  i don't care that i'll be busy, at least people will stop thinking i'm a slacker.  i mean, i admit, i can definitely be a slacker.  but i get my work done and i put effort in, and despite what others may think, though i'm not a nursing major or in debate or part of student council, i do have a pretty full schedule most nights.  plus, it'll teach me to be less of a procrastinator because if i keep being a procrastinator, my life next year and in the years following will be a living hell.
only 3 more classes until break....i'm so excited for mississippi, i can't even believe that in less than 48 hours i'l be on the plane.  actually, i'll be there...woah.  my trip is fully paid, so that's a relief.  today is a good day.  i have a lot of work to do, but i can do a lot of it tomorrow too, in between packing and saying goodbye to the boys.  i only have one class tomorrow, no more exams or papers, only reading to do.
time for humanities....yessssss....
