one of the many conversations that happen at school:
Allie: For one of the adequate explanations on the test, I put
'sometimes good can come from evil...for example: somebody could get like saved or something at a Woodstock concert..maybe..but that's not evil..so ya'
what did you put?
Lawton: I put 'uh...I dunno'
Allie: I guess you could have put something like : Well, say there was this lady named Mary Jean..and Betty Jo had some dirt on this lady...So Betty Jo told on Mary Jean and Mary Jean killed Betty Jo. But THEN Betty Jo had a baby... a mentally retarded baby, but a healthy mentally retarded baby... Therefore, good can come from evil. You should have put that!!!
Lawton: Allison...how can she have a baby...she's dead.
Allie: Well....Okay, you see, right BEFORE she died, she went into labor and had her baby. So then Mary Jean took the baby (who had red hair like Betty Jo) and raised it herself. But all the while, she was forced to wake up to her little red-headed guilt every morning and hated it so she blew her head away...therefore, more good can come from evil.
Lawton: how is that good at ALL?
Allison: the government didn't have to do it...remember? "And the government shall be upon her shoulders"
Lawton: but wasn't that..Jesus?

i saw a girl with really cute hair today.
And I still don't think Janice exists..
