Interview
The interview today went GREAT! By 4 hours after I left, they had already called me back for a second interview/observation in one of the classrooms. The job itself sounds great. 2 weeks vacation time (it's year-round), medical, dental, life insurance, 401k, all that jazz and $24.50 an HOUR! :) Talk about a pay raise!! And the best part...in the infant program...are you ready for this?.....the TEACHERS DON'T WEAR SHOES. They don't want to "invade" the personal space of the babies with harsh shoes. I HATE WEARING SHOES (however, i LOVE buying them!) so how great is that?!?!
I go in on Tuesday at 10:00am to spend some time in a classroom to make sure it's a job I want. I am so excited. I haven't got the job yet, so I don't want to seem too excited, but it seems like a good posibility. Wow, yeah, i'm excited.
