What a lovely three day weekend (yay!)
Yesterday I met up with my grandma and rode down to Charlotte to visit my parents. It was actually very interesting as my grandmother and her friend bad mouthed Robin the whole way there and the whole way back...hehe.. :) It made me feel like a real adult to have real adult conversations with my grandmother and her friend.
Today was a lazy day, but a good one. Javon and I just got back from seeing a movie since it's been rainy most of the day. We went to go see the movie Crank which was very stupid, but since i convinced him to rent that dance movie with Antonio Bandares, I figured i owed him a boy-ish movie. :) Anyway, on the way home he was talking to his friend about this friend of his who is girl crazy. It was so funny to hear them talking about it. Javon was all like "man, he doesn't need a different girl every day. He just needs a girlfriend." :) Yeah, it doesn't sound like I have to worry that my man is wanting to be free and unattached. Makes me feel really good and comfortable. :) His friends are all just jealous that he's got something good going on. No more hints or anything on the ring front though...i'm still hoping, but it's not looking promising for anytime soon. Oh well, no rush for me...
Well, tomorrow is school and then class till 8 so I better get some studying done!! Happy Labor Day!
