True Story:
Night of July 9, 2005:
I'm spending the night at Tiffany's. Tiffany's spending the night at Mike's. So, we're all at Mike's. We printed up this hilarious list of 101 fun things to do at Wal Mart. So, when we're about to leave, Mike suddenly says, "Omg, let's go to New Orleans. Esther, you can drive my jeep and we can all go." Mike's mom said ok and the next thing i know....it's 11:30 at night and we're on our way to NO.
About two hours later, we park and walk out butts down to BoUrBan St. We walk down towards the end of the street and this is where Mike leaves us to go to his club. Well, Tiff and I don't have fakes like Mike does and they wouldn't let us in. Ok, so, whatever. Tiffany and i didn't really want to go to the gay club anyway. haha. (No offense Mike) So, we head on back down the street and get our flirt on in order to get our clubbing on. Oh yea....they let us in. And believe it or not but they were giving us drinks too. But, no getting drunk. HELLO! I'm driving, i'm on freaking Bourban Street with another girl, and i don't really get drunk in the first place. So, whatever. It was still really fun hanging out in a club. So...no gay club.. but we had fun being straight..and not offending our boyfriends all at the same time.. IT IS POSSIBLE GIRLS.
So..there's SO much more to the story, but, ya know. I don't want to go into too much detail.
So, we head out at around 4:30 AM. I almost didn't make it home. I was about to pass out. But all thanks to Tiffany, and NO thanks to Michael (he went right to sleep), she kept me going. We put on the music and started dancing. We stopped for McDonald's when we got back and this woman in the window was SO mean! Ugh. But, oh well. We all made it back safe and we're definitely thinking about going back again sometime....with more people! So, holla if you want to come along! I was pretty scared at first, but, Bourban is not scary at all! So, it was all good!!!
Mike: "IT WAS SO FETCH!"
"Gretchen, STOP trying to make 'fetch' happen. It's NEVER going to happen!"
