RL stuff and Veronica Mars movie casting squee
I've been extremely quiet on LJ - because I'm extremely busy in RL.
I have been asked to participate in a poetry project - which would be the first time I see one of my English poems published. Yay.
I also had big trouble at work, with reduced hours now, which I'd be happy about if we didn't need the money so much... Which is why I started job hunting.
I am working on a pen and paper roleplaying game scenario, which I can actually publish (the publisher is waiting for the manuscript)
I have been collaborating on a bilingual play with a very lovely lady who has a degree in creative writing and who is a published poet who has won several awards. Yay!!!
As you can see, I'm pretty busy.
Right now, I'm on sick leave because a cold struck me down. Bah. But at least that gives me the time and opportunity to SQUEE at the news that Francis Capra joined the Veronica Mars cast. I always liked Weevil, even though I was always sorry, that he seemed destined to one day die in jail or get shot in the streets. I doubt Weevil will get much more than a cameo in the forthcoming movie, but even so, I'm happy that he's part of the big VM reunion. :)
