Nobody bothered to change my batteries..

After one Open House my parent's home has sold. Nothing is 100% official yet because the buyer has to sell their home, but apparently I can say goodbye to Alden forever in a few short weeks. I already looked at an apartment downtown today. How exciting! Craigslist.com has become my new best friend, which is appropriate since my old best friend will be moving to Ohio shortly.

I also went to the Breast Specialist today and I don't have breast cancer, which is good news. I was assured that it is a blessing to have DD boobs and with that blessing I just have to accept the lumpy-ness (that has cancer-like characteristics), which accompanies them. I suppose that would be easier to accept if I were Jessica Simpson and could stuff my DD bra with $100 bills whenever I pleased to make me feel better about my lovely lady lumps. I figured I didn't have cancer.. I mean, come on, what a cruel joke it would be to give Dave and I both cancer, ya know!

Speaking of boobs and cancer.. and boob cancer..

Carrie Fields, who just happens to be a fabulous friend of mine, will be walking 60 miles for Breast Cancer.

She would really appreciate everyones donations and support.

If you know anyone who has fought any type of cancer and won (or lost), please help out and donate to a marvelous cause and help Carrie!

Thank you so much!!

So, if you nix the Grande lattes for a week (like I did), you can make a donation to a great cause.

I posted this on Myspace and one (very amazing) person responded (and even donated). One. What the fuck? Ya know. I mean, I know everyone is busy frantically posting new pictures and announcing it to the world or airing their dirty laundry via tell-all surveys on bulletins.. but when there is a good cause no one gives a shit. Myspace is life.. ? Very much so.

Many people have disappeared out of my life as of recently and it has caused me to reflect greatly on certain friendships. Orrrrrrr lack there of.

I neeeeed Jess to come home from a bazillion miles away and Steph to be here and for all of us to live happily ever after.
