(no subject)
So, around the 16th of September I got that awful sore throat feeling you get when you're coming down with a cold. Getting sick really sucks when you teach school because you need your voice and my voice is already damaged due to my stupid vocal cord nodes. It was a pretty mild fall cold and after the sore throat, to runny nose, to stuffy nose, to slight cough progression, I was feeling better 7 days later. Textbook cold, right? Well yesterday my stupid nose started with the stupid running and I feel like I'm coming down with a cold again. Is that even possible? I only finished up with the first cold a mere 3 days ago. I don't want to do this again--I paid my dues! Stupid mutating rhinoviruses!
My sister-in-law announced over the weekend she's having her 7th baby in March. No, just no.

That new scrolling narc bar on the right side of Facebook is really annoying. I have a VERY diverse group of friends and family on that site and I'm pretty sure I don't want them to know everything I say to everyone else. Louisa!
