Eclipse knocked Harry Potter out of the top spot on the USA Today bestseller list. How do you like them apples? Read it and enjoyed it thoroughly, other than my usual, obligatory nitpicks. 1. My first crush was Pa (Michael Landon) on Little House on the Prairie. I was about six or seven and I loved him so much and wanted him to be my dad and my boyfriend. Oh my...
2. I sucked my thumb habitually until age 20 (and only stopped because I got married). I thought this quite unusual until _cinjudes_ wrote that as one of her own little quirks. Thumbsuckers unite!
3. Reading Flowers in the Attic at age 13 rocked my Mormon world. Hehe..
4. I totaled the first car I ever owned, by crashing it into a police vehicle. Poor little 1986 Toyota Corolla. Poor pride. Poor driving record...
5. Dog poop totally infuriates me. Irrational, but true. If I see dog poop randomly anywhere, my blood boils. Dog poop is taking over the world.
6. When I was 18, I was assaulted by a man who broke into my house in the middle of the night (not willing to go into details, but just know, I'm fine now). This led me to get my uni degree in Criminal Justice. WTF was I thinking? I'm scared of criminals and now I have a useless college degree. Be ye not so stupid! ;-D
7. I'm agnostic, bordering on atheist. If someone would have told me ten years ago that I'd be a godless heathen in ten years, I'd have thought they were injecting heroin.
I'm going to disregard item 3 of the rules and say I'm tagging y'all, if you'd like to do this little ditty. I love reading this stuff.
