H/C Exchange
Dear creator,
sorry this goes up a bit late, but hopefully all the tags I've selected give you a good idea of what sort of things I'm into. I really do love tropey hurt/comfort of any sort, from all hurt no comfort right to one of my faves getting all the comfort they deserve.
I've only chosen ships for this exchange, but I'm absolutely fine with non-porny romance (and if you do want to write/draw sex, I'm absolutely fine with that too, from fluffy consensual to whumpy noncon).
Most of the freeforms here are prompts of their own, so I hope it's okay if I don't add even more prompts; if you'd like detailed prompts, feel free to browse past exchange letters though!
H/C dynamic wise, if Valjean or Rivette are the one hurt, I'm fine if the hurt was caused either by Javert or by a third party. For Javert, Peter and Nightingale, I'd prefer if the hurt was caused by a third party (at least if it's a physical hurt), or if it's a "villains made the other part of the ship hurt them" situation.
This mainly goes for physical hurt though - I guess the gist of it is that I'm not really interested in "dark" interpretations of Valjean, Rivette, Peter or Nightingale. If it's an emotional hurt though, I feel like all of them are bad enough at emotionally honest and open relationships that they could inadvertently cause emotional pain; I'd be alright with that.
I'm up to date on all Rivers of London books but haven't read the comics, but since the books reference comics events as well, I really don't mind if you reference them too.
General likes:
Forced intimacy of any kind! This is one of my all-time faves, in any sort of situation or scenario. People thrust into closeness before they are ready for it and forced to overcome their differences is always delightful to me. Any tropey fic/art of the handcuffed-togther, bed-sharing, undercover gay, arranged marriage etc. kind is always going to make me happy!
Huddling for warmth
One character trying to protect another with their own life (or really any sort of loyalty kink!)
