When stuff happens, I don't post. This is the inherent paradox in my ownership of a blog.
On Sunday? At RenFest? I got to play with Djilia Phralengo. :D It was fun and amazing, and would have been even more so if I hadn't badly screwed up at the end of the song, when Ernesto gave me a semi-solo spot (flute over guitar). During both shows I stuck in a wrong note. I recall being so startled during the second show that I almost dropped my flute. :-/ Fortunately everything was okay, and Ernesto tried to help me end/exit gracefully, but it was terrible performance-wise, breaking 'character' for something probably only a couple of the audience members would have noticed.
I need to write a fairly detailed review of Rheliq, if only so I can get it straight in my head for next weekend, so I can tell Ernesto (leaving out the unpleasant bits, of course). And so I can entice people to buy the album. :P (NO, I will not make illegal copies.) Unfortunately my brain just went fizzle. So.
