Comment and I'll give you a letter; then you have to list 10 things you love that begin with that letter. Afterwards, post this in your journal and give out some letters of your own.
My letter was "G". So. Here goes.
1. Griffin - I love my friend Griffin. I've known him for over 3 years. He's one of the nicer guys I know. For a bit we tried to do the "I like you and you like me" thing, but nothing ever happened. Now we're just good friends.
2. Galt MacDermot - Or rather, the music he wrote for the musical "Hair". I've listened to the original cast recording probably over 75 or 100 times.
3. Gaiman, Neil - Okay, so I cheat a bit. :P Anyway. If you were to ask who my favourite author was, I would have to say "Neil Gaiman". Oddly enough, I only finished American Gods, his most famous novel, last week.
4. Good Omens - A wonderful and entertaining novel written by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, it's one of my fa vourite books ever.
5. Gene Wolfe - Gene Wolfe is an amazing science fiction author. The books of his that I've read include the four-book set The Book of the New Sun and the book Soldier of the Mist. I highly recommend both.
6. Gay rights - I can't get enough of these. :P But seriously, people need to do more about working for equal treatment of homosexuals in this (and other) countries. It's the least our fellow humans deserve.
7. Geekery - I'm a self-proclaimed geek, and proud of it. ^__^
8. The Gothic aesthetic - By this I mean, more or less, the black clothing that's more formal than what most people wear on a daily basis, plus things like painted eyeliner patterns. That is to say, the Gothic aesthetic as I've been exposed to it. Considering my only source of exposure tends to be Michael (knew I'd work him in here somehow!), it's not very surprising this made it onto the list.
9. The
Gnu Image Manipulation Program - I use this program for all my digital image work. It's quite powerful, fun to play with, and absolutely free.
10. Google - I mean, really. Google. Is. Awesome. I also love Gmail. ;)
And a bonus one, because I feel like it:
11. A Gothic Mormon named Michael Lloyd - I cheat and am utterly predictable, but tell me, did you honestly think he would not end up on this list somehow? On the topic of me loving him, well, I think I've said sufficient about that on here already.
