Today, in the middle of the evening, for no apparent reason at all, I suddenly felt almost dizzy, and unable to keep still. I was baffled. So I got off the computer, went downstairs, and did five minutes of WiiFit, then ate some cereal. One or both fixed the problem.
Why did I do WiiFit? Because I realised that for the past several months I've been exercising five days out of seven by biking (or walking/busing) to and from school, and I've been almost completely sedentary for the past three days, particularly my legs. And hey, doing some focused physical activity seemed to help me feel better. I should do more WiiFit over break.
My eventual conclusion was that I had too much energy and not enough fuel.
