SGA AU: Mosquito, Gnat, and Midge Season (John/Rodney, NC-17)

Summary: Senior Special Agent and unbonded Sentinel John Sheppard gets called up to chase a fugitive headed for the Canadian border. Unfortunately, this means working with Corporal Rodney McKay, RCMP-a Mountie, Guide, and royal pain in the ass.
Will these two pesky individuals be able to put aside their differences and catch the escaped convict? Or will they simply annoy the living heck out of each other and do the job anyway? SSA Emmagan and SA Dex look on in amusement while tracking the fugitive and flirting with various Canadian Mounties and Border Control Officers. Because there's not much else to do on this tiny patch of hell.
A/N: So rabidfan challenged me to write a Sentinel story for her if she wrote one for me, and I thought, sure, I could write a continuation of the Redemption series, with John overreacting to a micro-dose of adrenaline when pocketing Rodney's injector and bouncing around the infirmary for the next 6 hours making Rodney crazy -- "Seriously, Sheppard, you're acting like a toddler on his first sugar rush. Next time give Ford the injector."
Um, but I didn't write that story because then keiramarcos asked me to do the Little Black Dress Challenge and tho I cannot write 3 stories of that length in a month, I said I would try for 1, so I slung on my brain (mischief5 is my brain), and here we are with this puppy. 16K+ words of FBI/Mountie Sentinel/Guide adventures.
