So Elias' speech. Yow. God, I can't help loving that guy.

What fascinated me was killing Simmons was hardly even necessary, because in the end, Simmons had *nobody*. Carter had everyone hunting Simmons for her, even the worst criminals left (Root, Elias.) This was important, especially when you think about how alone she was standing on that plastic.

Simmons and Quinn had no idea how connected she was to everyone and everything. That was their downfall. And Simmons' big mistake. (
mischief called this, btw, telling me last week that Elias was going to be *pissed*.)

Loved how we started and ended with the heart monitor.

God damn I am going to miss Carter.

And looks like Fusco has completed his arc upward just as Reese has spiraled down. This is going to get interesting.
