my life or something like it
I haven't written in awhile. In ages. My paid account has expired. I just wanted to drop in and give an update. I am teaching full time. 8th grade Algebra. Yes, I have my own classroom and everything (it's amazing how many people ask me that). It's tough, but it's good. My kids and I have a love/hate relationship. I am still writing, I swear...not that most of the people that read this ever cared about my writing anyway. On the personal front, my relationship with my roommate Tom is really good these days. We have long, self-reflective conversations that have made me more self-aware than I've ever been in my life.
And then there's Brad.
He is my reason for not being lonely anymore. That is something that I was convinced would never happen. He is smart and funny and cute and awesome in a way that not even he understands. I love him. He loves me and I believe him. Trust in someone's feelings toward me is something I've never had as completely as I do now. It's wonderful.
So, yes, that is my life now...I don't know if I'll post more, but I shall try.
Oh, and everyone should buy and X-box and play Halo 2 on X-box Live because it's wicked fun.
