(no subject)
Eh, decided to post, idk why, lol.. I'm pretty tired too, weird. So the last couple days were random. Friday I had work in the morning, was stuck on register all day long. Not fun. Especially when they stuck me far away on 5 that has the retarded card machine. Damn technology, lol. After that went to the Dermo. for a peel. Face turned yellow again, always fun. My face is getting itchy already so I'm assuming the massive peeling will start later today (yes it's sunday) or Monday. Not looking forward to that at all. But hopefully it will help my face clear up and lighten any scarring. Acne sucks, especially when you've had it since 5th grade. =( After that went to the bank and saw Ashley driving behind me for like a minute, haha. Went to Becky's for her b-day celebration. It was kinda depressing. Last year Evan and I started going out at this time. Because of their joint b-day party. Don't get me wrong, I love Ben and am happy with him, but I don't see him nearly as much as I saw Ev. I got to see him like everyday. I'm so lonely here in OB without my bf.
So anyway, had pizza at Becky's and there was plenty of talk of high school drama etc, that I am no longer involved in. Thank goodness. From there we all headed up to New Brunswick (home away from home) to go to the Stress Factory. Good stuff. I actually got there with no problem. I love NB at night, definitely not during the day.. but at night I LOVE it. First two comedians were pretty good, funny stuff. The main guy was kinda jerky in my opinion. I guess I just don't like his humor as much.. I mean his stuff was funny but he kept saying the same stuff over and over and after awhile I was just so tired, all I wanted to do was leave. We left around 1:30? I guess.. Ben called during the last comedian but I said I couldn't talk or they'd take my phone away.. which they probably would have.. feels like hs.. so I said I'd call when I left. So I did, but he didn't pick up and I haven't heard from him since. What else is new. For some reason it's really difficult for him to pick up a phone to call his gf. Idk. Went to bed around 2:30.
Today got up at 9:30 so I could have plenty of time to shower and eat breakfast before heading up to Busch to be there by 12 and park etc. So went to Orientation for Computing Services since I got waitlisted for Help Desk. You get paid for orientation and all training you do.. plus you can do all different trainings to open up your options. I'm pretty confident that I'll get a job by the fall. I hope so anyway. I feel like such a reject cuz I never get anything. I'm never picked for anything. Booo. So anyway, they talked and talked and talked and talked and repeated themselves multiple times.. for 4 hours. Sucked. Just when I thought they were going to let us leave early at 4:30 they start this whole other presentation on Customer Service. And i'm like shut up already! Everyone was getting really annoyed you could tell. But she was giving an example and mentioned What if you worked at say, SHOPRITE? I was like omg.. funny. But not funny cuz they scheduled me at work at 5, which is when the meeting was supposed to end, but i was hoping they'd end early. Stupid people. Ugh. Thank goodness one of my friends from some of my classes was there. It was fun to bitch and comment to him throughout the presentations. Got to work at 5:20 (i hate being late to things, especially work) but no one cared. Kenny, one of the managers, was like I'm so happy to see you.. and I apologised and he's like i don't really care, whatever, lol. I had mentioned last week i might be late and I told Mike. And they don't really mind with FEs I guess unless it's busy and a lot of people called out. Work went by weirdly. Idk. Was on register a bit, scot a little, did some coupons, did some front end, did some blocking. Basically everything all in one day. When I blocked I did the Passover section and got really excited and just wanted to eat all the good Passover stuff. ♥ So I decided at like 11:25 (scheduled till 11:30) that I was gonna stay till 12 since I came in late and there were a ton of returns. Got some of the bigger stuff done, to help out the night girls, and signed out like 12:06. My parents were about to call to see where I was since I wasn't supposed to work that late. Cute.
So tomorrow I'm gonna go shopping a little in the morning. Maybe like 11:30? Idk, if you're up and wanna come, let me know. I'm going to JCPenney to get some new shirts cuz there's a sale. Yay. Then I have work 2-10:30. Random hours CA, random hours.. I think it's to help with the overlap, so it's ok. Eh, as long as I get my 8.5 hours, that's all i care about, lol. And Saturday I have only till 2:30 which gives me plenty of time to come home and get ready for first night of PASSOVER!!!! So excited. I ♥ Passover
