continued from here His face lights up at the offer to teach him swordsmanship. Making me laugh with delight, hey knowing how to handle one can never hurt should the need arise. And from what I've observed, I think he may prove better than just good at it too.
Luke asks for another drink, which brings a smile to my face. He's a big boy he's gotta learn how much drink he can handle. I just fucking know he'll beat himself up over it later though. He snorts at my troublemaker comment, nudging me with his shoulder, Reckon I'd got that, yeah." I laugh loudly at that. "Fuck, my secrets out," I say still laughing. I grab the bottle of scotch from Wanda, from behind the bar. And hold my glass up in toast as Luke does, taking a long drink from mine.
I know crowds and people are making him a little uncomfortable and I know hes here for me, so I lead him off to the reading room. Well that's what it's called anyway. It's really just another fucking room, smaller than the main, with couches and chairs. I set the bottle on the table and flop down on the couch. "Having a good time or have the busybodies accosted you already?" I say laughing, putting my feet up on the table. "I'm very glad you came Luke, thank you." I say smiling at him.
