Sue's "home" from the hospital, but installed in the convent infirmary for an indefinite period of time to rest up. Her lupus has been triggered by all the to do, so there's another med added to the pile. But she sounds much better and stronger than a few days ago, and she's finally been able to get at least one night's sleep. They took away her headache meds, which I think may be a good idea, and replaced them with compazine, which seems to work for her as a preventative so far.
Erin's come across a reference indicating that the main manuscript on which her thesis is based may be dated 300-400 years later than the generally accepted guess. Boo hiss to this person, I say! She did find something saying that said person may not need to be believed. Nice to discover all this near the end of several years of research....
Katy's and my cars both seem to require structural work. Yay for thousands of dollars in struts, tires, etc.
At his follow up visit, Jim reported to the doctor that he was between 60 and 70 percent improved just using the honey and cinnamon (and a body pillow we constructed), and his blood pressure was the best it's been in quite awhile, so he's going to continue with that, and possibly physical therapy as soon as he finds a therapist in our insurance system. We did a 2.5-3 mile walk in the woods over the weekend and the only one complaining was Katy.
Gail's PT was busily constructing yet another torture device to help Gail exercise the muscles in her palms. But since I took her to the session, I got a birthday lunch and my presents early. Yay!
