So my grades have been pretty well the past few weeks and I think I might end up doing pretty well this semester. There's going to be a lot of 2 or 3 hours of sleep night for the next 2 1/2 weeks, but it will be worth it if I ever get into grad school. I'm excited for Psychology classes and I can't wait to keep learning.
I went to the Dr. Friday and he said that my medication wasn't what caused my liver to hurt for a week straight and that drinking can cause your levels to increase. Basically, I'm not going to drink if I've taken my meds that day. The meds release through out the day, so I'm assuming taking meds at 9am and drinking at 10pm, there may have been some slight combining. Who knows. If I have pains again I guess it might be bye bye attention span.
I've been talking to Ben about playing music this summer and for the first time ever I think he actually likes what I've written, 6 years after the first time we've ever played together. So basically my solo project that I've had since last June will finally be able to play shows, I think. Ben enjoys it and he plays bass. Corey said he would play drums if it was good enough. Since his band has been doing pretty well he has standards. If Ben actually likes it, I'm assuming Corey will. Jon said he would play 2nd guitar, but he lives in Buffalo so it might make it hard to practice with him, but I think he could learn quick. After the semester is over I have 2 weeks till my class begins, so that means for 2 weeks I'll be working on my voice and seeing how to make it fit, if it is possible. I am playing out this summer, at least 3 times. It has been soo long since I've played in front of people and I am so close to making it happen. Ben will be living around here again so we would be able to play the occasional show if that ever comes up. And we still have breaks and long weeks to play.
Big paper due Monday. Was Friday but he has to go out of town tomorrow and won't even be here Friday so he made it Monday. So basically I get 1 extra day because Fred Fest is this weekend and doing work is the last thing I or any other student here wants to do. So tonight and tomorrow night will be key nights to get most of this done. And extra credit is due Monday too, but I can get that done on Sunday.
This semester is getting busy. I can't slow down for a minute (with the exception for Fred Fest).
