Senator Ted Kennedy died.

Wow. I don't even know the proper words to say because I don't exactly follow politics, but . . . my family definitely would not be where we are without him and the legislation he's put through. I took it for granted that he'd stay here with us longer, even though he battled with brain cancer . . . I'm devastated.
