I just noticed I haven't posted about a really random thing scaring the shit out of me lately, so let me just tell the story of what happened to me three days ago.
I was coming home from Quentin's party on Tuesday morning, so everything here happened in broad daylight WHICH DOESN'T MAKE IT LESS SCARY. So I'm walking up the road from the bus stop to my house, minding my own business when suddenly I catch this tiny movement from the corner of my eye. So I turn my head to the left and see this window right next to me, and on the windowsill inside the house there sits ths thing. In the first nanosecond where I saw it I thought it was an ugly porcelain statue or something, but then, it MOVED AGAIN. Turns out it was one of those naked cats (remeber Rachel's in Friends anyone?) but it was spotted and had loads of wrinkles when it turned its head around. With mounting horror and creeped-out-ness I stared at it for a couple more seconds and then swiftly turned and began walking quickly away from it, only to realise that about one meter further, in the NEXT window of the house, THE SAME CAT WAS SITTING. At that point I totally lost it, literally screamed out loud and ran for about 100 meters before daring to slow down again. And yeah I know it was just another of that kind of cat in the other window but in the first second it was as if the first cat had magically beamed itself to the next window and was following me. You know like in these scary movies where you just turn away from something scary and that thing suddenly appears where you are looking at now. Lol I'm just realising how totally not scary this story sounds. BUT IT WAS.
Speaking of scared (and speaking of animals), my poor dog has been hiding under my desk for the last half an hour because it's really windy today and the wind is making my window open and close and letting my heavy pink curtain flutter halfway out the window every ten seconds. Lol. So big and still such a baby <3
