Photo post: Lady Rose Twin
Last weekend, I took a serious change from my EGL style!
A few months ago I surprised my lovely friend harlyharlekin by telling her I really like Angelic Pretty's "Lady Rose" in the mint colourway, and it was one of very few Sweet Lolita outfits that I would actually want to wear. As she owns the dress and matching accessories in mint and in white, she proposed to lend me her mint coord for a Twin Shooting! <3
It was a veeeeeeery different look for me, but I like it a lot ^_^ Originally I was going to have my own dark hair with the outfit, but my hairstyle seriously failed, so harlyharlekin saved the day by lending me another blonde wig she had with her. We all agreed it actually worked better for Twinning.
We visited a Rose Garden in Dortmund. It took us well over an hour to drive there, thanks to getting stuck in a traffic jam. We were expecting disaster, as it had started pouring rain just as we left home and the storm seemed to be following us all the way, but just after we arrived in Dortmund, the rain stopped, and by the time we found the rose garden, the sun came out! Yay!

Snoopy meets Hello Kitty. Though I had forsaken my dark clothing, heavy eyeliner and platform shoes, I still kept the spirit of Mana with me, in my makeup bag! XD
After our shooting, we headed to Cologne to see Kölner Lichter, and the next day I got to chill out and assist while rmsmaelstrom and harlyharlekin shot two more sets. We also met up with dixanadu-de-chi while we were in Düsseldorf, which added to the fun. A pretty cool weekend in all!
