Life sux
so, this whole week has not started off so well. To begin with, I had a fifty pound bag of dog food fall ontop of me. Now if you look closely at me, i have two scratch marks on the left side of my cheek. this was monday.
tuesday, i find that the two essays i wrote and had to miss class for were not even due.
as if that's not bad enough, on wednesday during orgo lab, i had to do TWO LABS!! one lab needed to be refluxed for one hour and thirty minutes at least and also needed a simple distillation. the second lab did not produce any product, meaning i had to redo it again. after i redid it, someone v. clusmy knocked it over and killed my product. i then got a zero on my quiz. a multiple choice quiz!!! i am so dumb. then in microbio, i find that i killed my bacterial culture. AGAIN!!!!
then today, i get my test back and find out that i did below avg on the orgo 2 test. not good, esp. if this is a C.
tom, i have to meet with chris to discuss my slacking and possibly putting me on probabtion. not to mention that i need to tell him where i am going this summer, something i dont even know.
however, the good news is that my ta for lab will let me take the quiz again. dr. bean will let me redo the lab on sat. i still have time to finish applying for summer research so i can show chris something. the E. flasks only cost 2 bucks (keep in mind, i have now paid about 40.00 worth of crap to the chem department). my scars from the dog food is going away. i still have three weeks left to grow my stuff in micro. and i drop a test grade for orgo.
so with that in mind, i will now continue to work.
