SO I forgot to say... last night, during work... we started drinking.
Alcohol. Lol.
It started off... with F-san deciding that shuyiin would be the drink person. Then someone decided to order plum wine soda. Which is plum wine mixed with soda water.
I've only watched Momosan make it once and since she wasn't there, I showed shuyiin. ...unfortunately, I have no idea how much of which to add so I just tried it a couple of times to see if it tasted the same as what Momosan got me to try.
Ha. Drunk before the middle of the night. Naw, just kidding.

Right. Then some other customer decided they would order a red cab sav. The only bottle we had left was open 9-10 days ago. We definitely couldn't use it. So they ordered a red Shiraz. ... which was open 8-9 days ago. Lol.
Since everyone (ie F-san) present was busy with other things (ie actually taking care of the customers), Yumichan asked me if I drank wine and if I did... I could try it and see if it was still okay to serve. I was like: LOL but I don't know the original taste!
So I went on a gigantic adventure up the stairs to the attic... to get an unopened bottle of shiraz... it's so scary coming down that ladder. D< omg. Scary as. No wonder Fsan took so long hahaha.
I quickly got the customer their wine... then I returned to the kitchen and Yumichan and I decided it would be best for us to try out the wines! O_o
We tried the newly opened one and then the old one. We thought if we could smell and/or taste the difference between new and old wine, it'd benefit the restaurant. Lol. Lmao. No, seriously.
We poured some into one of those tiny sake cups and proceeded to drink................
We had a bit of the (shiraz) new one, then the old one - I couldn't stand the old one. It was disgusting. Morbidly disgusting. Then Yumichan was like; LETS HAVE SOME MORE and so we did. D=
Then we decided it was a good idea to try the cab sav. Hahaha. And then we went back to Shiraz. We decided Cab sav >>>>>>>>>> Shiraz, but still... plum wine >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> cab sav.
So we were like giggling and making faces and then Fsan walked in on us. Lol. He was like: LOL WHAT YOU DOING?
And Yumichan was like: LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLlllllllllll.... learning the taste of wine.
And Fsan was all: LMAO K, BE GOOD LOL.
