there's an object of my affection
but as always leads to constant perplexion

do you know how hard it is to keep it a secret?
i want to say something to you
but my judgment gets the best of me

if i could only know how you think
things would be a lot easier
at least give me some piece of mind
instead of constantly ripping my intentions apart
wondering if they deem inappropriate.
