Fic Rec! and other stuff
so I -- despite a bit of a hangover -- am STOKED today.
Remix_Redux is out! I'm coming a bit late to the party here -- I signed up but had to bow out at the last minute. Crazy work schedule and summer flu do not make the best writing circumstances. HOWEVER, i got my remix. I feel a bit unfairly privileged, but there you go. everyone needs to go read it! It's awesome! We Swallowed the Night (No Use Pretending Prescription) is a remix of my story All Ripe for Dreamin' that i wrote for minkmix a while back. and it's RAD. it's from Sam's POV, very s4 with that sort of brittle gloating little brother love and protectiveness. Go read and comment!
And normally i don't read spoilers, but i've made a couple of exceptions for s5 by reading other people's reaction posts.

holy shit, guys! this is gonna be GREAT!
i saw some people upset about what Sera Gamble said re: that whole Dean's gonna have a hard time trusting Sam again. well, OF COURSE. Sam lied to him, beat him up, walked out on him, and bled a woman slowly to death in order to unknowingly start the apocalypse. i wouldn't trust him either! but i do trust that they will always love each other, and will reconcile in the end. that's what our show is about, and that's why we love them. i am so excited for september!
