It is sis’ Graduation Day today! We woke up bright and early today, lingered over breakfast and then proceeded to my sis’ school. IMI was providing return transportation from their campus to the graduation ceremony at the casino. Since sis had brought us to her school once before we managed to find our way there on our own.
When we reached the IMI campus there were already a huge gathering of graduating students and their families. Some of the families were in their best attire and there was a family from Malaysia all dressed up in their best 'baju kurungs'. For a minute I felt a tad bit underdressed but ah well who cares as long I’m comfortable (^-^)v
Met up with sis and she introduced us to her group of friends/classmates. Most of her classmates were her fellow SIM-IMI Singapore classmates and there were also a other international students as well.

After the graduation ceremony, we proceded back to IMI campus via their chartered coach for their graduation brunch. Flutes of orange juice and champagne was served and there was a buffet of Hors d'œuvre and such, prepared by the campus kitchen that was partly run by their students.
Since my sister had her duties as the events committee to complete, me and Tania went back to my sis' student hostel first to wait for her. Our plan for the rest of the day was to walk around the old town and eat out for dinner in celebration of my sister's graduation :)
our first stop: the Lucerne railway station, to buy our train tickets for our day trip to Jungfrau the next day.
next stop: the the old town!
Tania is fascinated by the circular telephone booth

Dinner was at this small Thai restaurant
since most of the shops were closed pretty early, we decided to walk along the river Reuss and enjoy the cooling breeze and sunset.
look at how clear the water is!
We had an early night since we are going on a one day trip to Jungrau with Surene's and Audrey's family. Top of Europe here we come! :)
