Basically, my life's been pretty jumbled lately. I cut back on reading manga but I've started into a few new animes ~
Darker Than Black-
Watched one episode, but loved the underlying gritty tones. *will watch more later* 8 stars out of 10.
Wolf's Rain-
Originally wanted to see it because it looked cool (plus I love the whole "everything means something" idea). 9 out of 10 stars so far.
Trigun-
It's a classic. Who doesn't want to watch the classics? 8.5 stars.
Each one of them is finished with less than 30-some episodes. The latter two have english dubs out, and darker than black is coming out for america soon. Unfortunately, I have yet to finish any of them on my own, but I hope to do so in the near future (my conscience is screaming "Yeah right!"). I also picked up Soul Eater because my lovely friend hope_assassin said it was awesome. I've only read chapter 0 (introducing the characters, yada yada), but I fell instantly in love with the art design. Why can't our sun and moon look like that? If you're a virgin reader though, watch out for busty chicks.
I've also got a job interview set for this saturday, so let's hope that goes well. If it does, whoopee! If it doesn't, bleh: I'll have to start picking up applications again. Fun...
My fanfics are getting so badly neglected...I wonder if I should permanently convert to one-shots. They're so much less annoying to write, and you never have to worry about updating! *sigh* I hate writer's block...worse than that, I hate writer's obligation (reader's expect a chapter when I have nothing to give! DX).
In other news, Code Geass:Lelouch of the Rebellion finishes this sunday. (If you haven't seen the show, don't read this!) Wow, has that show gone nuts. The first season was great, but the second season left much to be desired. Everything basically snowballed. But I think it saved itself with the last two episodes. Perhaps it's because they're heading into the finale, or maybe someone over there finally got smart. Or it could just be me. Nah, not me.
So if everything goes as planned, next month will be fairly hectic. More sleep is definately in order here.
