Dum Diddly Dum Drabble

The whole point of having a computer is to use it, right? Mine is a cute little Dell Inspiron, and has lasted the family nearly four years (Okay, technically she's not mine yet, but hey, I use her more than anyone else, so there!). We had our ups and downs with her motherboard a few years back, but then everything went back to normal. No problem, right?

WRONG!!!

My baby's acting up again, and this time its the battery. It. Will. Not. Charge!!! I mean, sure, right now it's plugged in and the battery level is steady, but my nutso family has been unplugging it lately, and the battery has gone down to 67%. And can anyone tell me what happens when a computer like this hits 25%? You can't turn it on again!

So...in conclusion to my little rant....
NO TOUCHIE COMPUTER!!!!!!!

*pant**pant*
Alright...I'm done...but you understand my frustration, right? I already did a good size back-up on all my sacred stuff, but that's just not good enough for me. I don't want to have to buy a new computer again.

Anyway, on to more important stuff (i think).

I've been reading/watching a good amount of awesome manga/anime lately, i.e., Vampire Knight and Ouran High School Host Club. I've posted banners for both of them so which one do you think looks better? Both are in the romance category, but the first is much more sci-fi-ish than the second (in other words, more my style). Don't get me wrong though, they both have me hooked. :3

The first is about a young girl named Yuuki Cross (middle) and her friend Zero Kiryu (silver hair) who work as guardians at a prestigous night/day school called Cross Acadamy. Both were orphaned when they were young. What the day class (full of normal people) don't know is that the night class is full of vampires, presided by the prestigous pureblood vampire Kaname Kuran (the final one).

Wah! Found chibis! XDDD
(If you haven't figured out that this is NOT the art style, go read the durn thing)

The second is more true to life and extremely fun to read and watch. The characters are absolute dorks in every way but so so lovable. Haruhi Fujioka (third from the left) finds herself indebted to the strange Host club (full of bishie boys, some cuter than others) after breaking an 80,000 dollar vase. Because she looks identical to a boy, she works as a host to pay of the debt, incurring the love of unknowing girls and the club's king, Tamaki (holding the rose). (Personally, I'd love to be surrounded by that many guys everytime I went to school.) Fun love story in every way. Just listen to this song with all the voice actors in it, and you'll see why.

Pros and Cons: Vampire Knight makes more sense storywise, but one of the character's falls in love with her brother and I'm really not into that kinda stuff (but we don't know if it's her real brother, so shh!!). Ouran High can get very crazy at times and sometimes completely illogical, but the story is one we can all relate to in one way or another.

Random fact: Tamaki and Zero are voiced by Mamoru Miyano, Light Yagami's seiyu from Death Note. See? Random. XD

If I forgot anything, remind me please!
