Well, this is the last of my Front- MC Frontalot, that is. It's been a hilarious and badass ride all along, but they've all got to end, as we know. This most recent effort, "Final Boss" has his political side showing just a bit, but it doesn't feel forced in the least- the rhymes are still so fresh the expiry date is infinity, So check out what he's got to offer- a little ditty about a neighbor to the north you might not think to be wary of and Front showing off his knowledge of obscure illnesses:

And now for something a little different than my usual method- I had two Atmosphere CDs on this here playlist, one an EP entitled "Sad Clown, Bad Spring #12" and the other an EP compilation "Lucy Ford". There's 8 years between these records, and it shows, though more so in the subject matter than the rhyme style. The 90s are still present on Lucy, whereas the beats seem somewhat more polished on Clown. Yet he's clearly a good deal more bitter about life in general way back when. Though his life hasn't come together entirely, there's more going on for him in general. I loved both these records, and I have a feeling Slug is going to be a jewel in my record collection for years to come:
