I'm a huge fan of the original CotT...even though the new one coming up looks amazing, I'm afraid that my rather Luddite-flavored view of special effects might make it iffy for me. And I prefer my gods to look very old-style Olympus-like, TYVM.

I think it might be about longing for my mis-spent youth. Or perhaps a young, nearly-naked Harry Hamlin.

Although Perseus was kind of a klutz - lost the helmet in the swamps, kept dropping his sword, let his shield melt, and he had the damndest time keeping his clothes on! :)

Also, once the witches said the eye was all-powerful, I'd have been like, "What's that? Did you say all-powerful? OK, listen, I'm going to borrow this for a few days, but I'll bring it back once I use it to KILL THE KRAKKEN. KTHNXBI!"

I liked the original! Prolly a must see this summer SINCE i forsee no theaters a me a goin' this year. lol! ;)
