Sorry to curmedgionize at this meme, but this Goldin guy is obviously a new-age charlatin throwing out random babble-speak designed to resonate with typical modern insecurities. If part of it sounds good, then surely you'll want to go and buy the other stuff he's selling! Or at least that's what he's hoping.
