Me and My... Anti-Cellulite Gel

I have been using an anti-cellulite gel by a French company called Mixa for the past month or so.  I don't have a lot of cellulite, but I find it rather unsightly on the beach or at the swimming baths, so I thought this year I shall do something about it!  I have tried these kinds of creams and gels before, and I have not used one for quite some time because I find that in general they don't work!  Sure OK, they don't work on their own.  One has to cut out crappy foods and stuff and do exercise, but even so I find the products usually do not do what they are supposed to.  However, I am quite impressed with this one!

This gel by Mixa contains extract of Caffeine and Mandarin.  It is orange in colour and does smell of mandarins too.  The caffeine drains the excess fat from the skin and the mandarin extract firms you up.  To use it you place either directly on your skin or into the palm of your hand, and massage into the cellulite using a kind of roll-on-movement.  I find it quite easy to do.  The gel has a cool effect and absorbs quickly into the skin, making it easy to dress straight away.  The tube says to use twice a day, although I find that once is OK too, and that it seems to help after showering or bathing, whilst the pores are still open and clean.

As I said above, one also has to do more exercise and eat less fattening foods.  So I have cut out the crisps and biscuits and things.  I mean sure I still have some but less than before, and I've been doing some more exercise.  There have been a few other dietary changes too.  And the cellulite is a lot smoother than it was a month ago. Some people might say that when these products work it is because in our minds we are convinced they have done... That is not the case with this one.  The resuls are visible and I am genuinely very impressed with the product.
