The Departed
I highly recommend The Departed, the new Scorcese flick with the ensemble cast. The dialogue is superb and it's really well-directed. The movie combines comedy with dark gangster drama flawlessly. I'd also say that this legitimizes Leonardo DiCaprio as a decent actor, because I've never been impressed with him before, but he was excellent in this one.
