yup..sick once again!!!

I have no clue what the hell is wrong with me....i've been getting sicker and sicker with infections like "ear infections, bladder infections, kiddney infections, vaginal infections, the flu, sinus infection...all in like three months or less! what the hell is wrong with me...I've been good and loyal with my boy...why can't i get better! plus my feet have been getting worse, like i've had dry feet all my life, but they have been getting worse, like they get so dry that they crack and bleed and i can't walk. My appetite has been going hay-wired, I'm always thirsty..and when i eat like a pice of candy, just one small piece of candy...i fall into a comma for hours!!
I know i'm complaining a lil' too much...but i have the flu for the second time in like a month!!
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! someone please help!!!
