I bought....
....a paper shredder! I have quite a bit of shredding to do (student records, etc.) so I caved and bought one. Not the most exciting purchase, but there it is! I also bought travel pillows for sleeping on the plane. I was on the hunt for a Wii game, namely, Resident Evil 4, but alas, no luck. The stores either didn't have it at all or they were sold out. For $34.99 Cdn, it's a steal, so I've been on the hunt for it.
I did manage to get to Scholar's Choice, though, and finally set up my teacher membership. The big push? They have a Teacher Appreciation Sale happening on August 1st where teacher members receive 20% off everything in the store. Plus, if I want to be super geeky, the first 50 teachers in line on August 1st will receive a tote bag full of note pads, stickers, etc. But we won't think about school stuff yet. Please. No. None of that. Thank you.
Off I go to do my laundry, pack (hopefully!), and even squeeze in time to keep sorting through my school pile...
Re-run of SPN tonight, I believe, as with every Thursday night since the season finale (although I haven't been mentioning it -- my bad). I think I missed the re-run of Born Under a Bad Sign, a.k.a. "Evil!Sammy is Teh Hot!" episode. *sadness* And on that note for today, Happy 25th Birthday, Jared Padalecki!!
ETA: This was posted over on supernatural-tv and I thought I'd share with the SPN ladies: A picture of Jensen as "Priestly" in his new movie, Ten Inch Hero, which co-starred his girlfriend, Danneel Harris. I have yet to decide if I like the look or not, so no opinions from me. I'll wait for what you think...
