At this moment, I'm suffering from a problem.
Over the past few years, I've gained weight which is now coming back to bite me. Every pair of shorts and pants I have is cutting in to my stomach and leaving a rather nasty "line" in my gut. This is only made worse that I'm starting to feel sore because my clothing is only getting tighter.
I'm now going to start a goal, one that I must keep to.
I will be losing weight from here on to at least the 1st of April. I must lose approximitly 15 kilos of weight, or convert this weight to a form of muscle.
To begin, I will proceed to do "beginning" push-up's in a form of leaning with my hands against my bed and push back and forth, using my arm muscles. When this work out is easily achieved, I will proceed to doing push-up's off the floor.
Hopefully I will lose this weight. I am in desperate need to fix this problem before my shorts or pants cut my stomach.
