3. The Sign of the Four

Book number 3 of the year, and second of Sherlock Holmes:

The Sign of the Four by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

"'For me' said Sherlock Holmes, 'there still remains the cocaine-bottle.' And he stretched his long white hand up for it."

|A Study in Scarlet - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle|Dispatches from the Edge - Anderson Cooper|The Sign of the Four - ACD|

I'm not sure if I should be including short stories and essays in these. I mean, I intend to read the Sherlock Holmes short stories, and I feel like its a legitimate thing to record, so I shall, but separately from the books:

|The Death of a Moth - Virginia Woolf|Transfiguration - Annie Dillard|Toys - Roland Barthes|Souls on Ice - Mark Doty|
