gawd... I've worked with a buyer that sounds like your Effie - I remember her saying "oh dont' worry about the time 3-4 hours a week time in lieu, we'll do soemthing else..." and something else never happened. Mind you she was paid a phenomenal amount and i was on about $15 an hour. I remember sitting across the boardroom table and watching a massive glob of revoltingly expensive NARS lip gloss verrrrrrry slowwwwwwly driiiiiip off her lower lip and she looked totally ridiculous. Petty revenge is sweet :)
